Nobody joins video visit even after waiting for 30 minutes
Good experence with perfect diagnosis. The wait was over an hour. The PA/DOC was polite and compassionate. The waiting room was run down and sad. The chairs and rug are old and need to be replaced.
Another great experience at the Sutter Health Fremont Center Urgent Care. My wait was less than 15 minutes, and Dr. Reddy took her time not only to listen, but made sure she requested every test possible so nothing was overlooked. She was clearly very caring and so nice! Grateful for the staff and service.
