Very bad service and waiting time too long over 2 hours and did not give any medicine or any necessary treatment. Dr is also very least experience.
I came in with an urgent issue that required simple incision & drainage but they had no one who could do that, the staff simply took my blood pressure, asked a few questions and referred me to their specialist office which has no appointment available for the next 2 weeks. For 5 mins of doing nothing, I was charged $328
Good for basic stuff like physicals and flu. Sutter takes 6 months for a specialist referral. Neurologists have wait time of more than 6 months. Do not recommend Sutter health for health needs.
