Don’t go here! The docs are incompetent and the call center is the worst!! Please go somewhere else if you care about your health.
Be careful! This place scams patients. The hospital confirmed that they take my insurance and coverage would be covered. I just received a bill for over $4000 for a simple check up. These ignorant employees need to be held liable for this .
Just switched over to Sutter in June with Dr Cohen and I truly have no complaints from scheduling to bring treated staff is great and understanding. If I'm running late I make sure to reach out but I'm never more than 5 minutes late. I came from FFMC on oakdale rd. PA was mis diagnosing me being rude as if I was making illness up. When I would try to schedule appointments I would be on the phone on hold for over 15 minutes and 2 months out to schedule. I'm so glad I switched to sutter. I haven't had any issues 👌🙂
