So far so good. I haven't had any issues here. The staff are helpful, nice and I get in and out pretty quickly. Good location.
I had the same issue as others with billing. A woman called me 2 days before my exam saying “I got a note here saying you want to cancel your insurance.” I finally got her to realize that her question was “did my insurance change?” It did and I told her the new insurance info. When I arrived at the exam, I also made sure they had a copy of my new insurance card. I got a bill for 1200 and they did not even attempt to bill my insurance. Total nightmare. Makes errors, incompetent staff, overcharges. I’m never getting any kind of medical care here again.
Poorly run, inefficient and slow. But I have few alternatives so forced to stay with them for now.
