I’m writing this review for the phlebotomy department (blood lab/blood draw). I can’t even exaggerate the fact that this place is worth commuting out nearly 50 minutes from home to get my labs done. I get my blood drawn 1-2 times a year, and out of all the places I’ve been to for the past 6 years, this specific clinic has the best phlebotomist. So far so good. I haven't had any issues here. The staff are helpful, nice and I get in and out pretty quickly. Good location.
I had the same issue as others with billing. A woman called me 2 days before my exam saying “I got a note here saying you want to cancel your insurance.” I finally got her to realize that her question was “did my insurance change?” It did and I told her the new insurance info. When I arrived at the exam, I also made sure they had a copy of my new insurance card. I got a bill for 1200 and they did not even attempt to bill my insurance. Total nightmare. Makes errors, incompetent staff, overcharges. I’m never getting any kind of medical care here again.
