I was subjected to professional misconduct, and patient abandonment in the ER on 11/11/25 between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM. After a six-hour wait, the nurse assigned to my IV (a taller white female with short brown/red hair and a 'Veteran' badge) ignored my documented severe IV trauma, refused to properly use numbing cream, snapped at me when I panicked, and then threw her hands up and walked away, abandoning me while I was passing out in the hallway.
