تم نقل والدي إلى الطوارئ وكان بحالة خطرة ومن ثم تم نقله الى الرعاية . اريد ان اشكر جميع العاملين في هذه المستشفى من دكاترة وممرضيين يالهم من فريق رائع ، خدمة ونظافة واحترام تعاملوا مع والدي وكأنه احد من افراء عائلتهم بسبب خوفهم عليه شكرا لكم من القلب
I rather they had turned my baby away than mistreat her and scar her for life!! The staff acted is if we were inconveniencing them from standing around holding there conversations. The waiting room was full from corner to corner, we waited for hours, then after waiting for hours in crying pain, they sit my baby in a corner in the middle of the hospital with her hurt foot in pain on the ground exposed to germs, then they finally come around with a pain chart as she’s crying to death asking her pain level, I drew the line at t... read more
I came into this hospital with such high expectations since I heard nothing but positive reviews of their labor and delivery center. Sadly, the 24 hours we spent there were absolutely awful. I was questioned about wanting more feminine products, where the nurse literally walked into the bathroom to see how many I had because I was requesting more. Can't believe how rude the people can be at this hospital. Took my daughter in because she wasn't feeling well having bad flare up. Everything was going OK until she was sent to the back. The dr was nice but the nurse she had went from being nice to getting overwhelmed and completely forgetting about her cleaning floor doing literally everything while other nurses were walking around etc and then an ambo came in I understand she was going to have to wait to the more critical but after a while when voicing her concern she get... read more
