I walked in crutches the lady at the desk was helping someone else and said she would help me when she got done 35 minutes go by and my feet are hurting really bad so I go see what's taking so long and she instead decided to help another customer instead and when I mentioned I was suppose to be helped first she said she would help me after him worst experience not professional at all. Negative stars

The selection is large. The tile, stone, and accessories are beautiful. The employees are professional and helpful.
Sutter Buttes Tile was the best experience I have had with a home remodel project. My wife and I came in close to closing and they didn't rush us out at all. They helped us go through many options until we were happy with what we chose. I let them know I was doing the project myself and didn't have a ton of tile experience.
