I will just get to the point I was absolutely appalled about the treatment another patient was obtaining from a girl with a tattoo on her forearm she was some sort of islander I did not catch your name medium length brown hair, she had an appalling look on her face like she was either too good or overworked and underpaid which she was absolutely unacceptably rude to a patient I sat there and listened to her she did not introduce herself she did not say hi hello how are you she called the patient's name she said here is your ... read more

Give a five-star rating due to Emma absolutely knowledgeable professional and would be a pleasure to see her again! However there was a girl brown hair shed some kind of tattoo on her forearm with they unpleasant look on her face and was not very pleasant to a patient the way she conducted herself as no place at Sutter she was from Guam or Fiji or something like that and had a serious attitude and there should be no place for anyone like that at Sutter ! thank you again Emma for your professionalism !!!!!!

I recently went to the ER at Auburn Faith Hospital due to a large skin tear to my left forearm. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time and checkin was fast. I was treated by the ER doctor Emma who was very professional and friendly. She did an excellent job of suturing my injury. The entire staff including the security guards were excellent!
