I know Monique for more than a year now and would like to share my experience about her. Every time I have a question or concerns she was really really kind, professional and taking a time to explain or help. I m so happy with excellent experience of buying my house at Sutter and Monique who was extremely helpful.
Not hating on the builds, but the location is terrible. It is right across the street from the superfund site and in a direct flight path. SAD! It would have been my dream home.
The sales woman was rude! Refused to give me any information about the homes. I'm pretty sure she just didn't like my appearance as I was in a t-shirt and shorts. Don't judge a person by clothes or skin color. My spouse and I can afford any home that we deem fit. She lost the builder a sale!
I do not recommend this place because the agent, Monique, is not honest and constantly tries to pressure potential buyers by claiming that another person is bringing money for a down payment and that they are coming from the Bay Area. She repeatedly tells us to pay and reserve quickly. After speaking with multiple homeowners in the area who have heard the same story, I am really frustrated with her tactics.
