Booked appointment for 12:45 but they say they dont take appointments and prioritized the walk ins instead. The website clearly has appointments, and I got confirmation email for the appointment. overall, bad service

Ana does an absolutely amazing job every time! I’ve been coming here for over a year to get my brows threaded and tinted, it’s transformed my brows! 100% recommend.
They do great brows, but rushed here and arrived at 6 and they said no to me, which I get it's 6. Bit of a bummer though.
