I brought my trade to Sutherlin in Ft Myers and was told they would give me $950 for a $6K automobile after advertising $8K over Bluebook. After I left the passenger power window didn't work and it worked when my wife and I went into the dealer. I believe this dealer is very deceptive with their advertising and that they damaged my car. I would steer clear of Sutherlin as I believe your experience there will not be a pleasant one as mine wasn't.

On March 18, 2021, I attempted to purchase a used car here from my Navy Federal Truecar buyer program. Buyer beware. Do not purchase from here. They lied multiple times about the price of a used jeep 2020 grand cherokee white. Liz, in sales lied about the price being $37,000 and the price of $27,999 was wrong on the website. Do not believe a word they say on their advertising, this garage is one of the most expensive in Swfl They post lies to get you in then ditch the offer right away The salesman even said to me “Don’t believe anything in adverts” I wouldn’t buy from here out of principal If I could give them zero stars it would be too high
