Ordered a cabinet about 3 weeks ago. They said it will be there in 2 weeks. Called several times to followup order. Each time they said they will get back to me and never did. They were so rude. They lost my business and anyone I tell.
This was my first visit to the Sutherland store in Fort Smith, AR. I liked the store, the inventory, the friendly staff.........but....here's what happened. I needed a new fertilizer spreader and purchased a Chapin spreader fro $49.99. After leaving Sutherland's, I went on to the Atwoods store, located about a block down the road. Atwoods had the VERY SAME CHAPIN SPREADER for $29.99! Do I feel ripped off? Well....yes, I do! Thanks for costing me an unnecessary $20, Sutherland's!

JAIRO was absolutely amazing. He is the only reason I would EVER visit this store again. Poor to no customer service....again this young man went above and beyond to help me. Atta boy shout out to JAIRO!!!;God bless you young man.
I built my entire house and shop with these guys. They were great! Charlie saved me a load of money and the products are top notch. The delivery guys are prompt and courteous.
Your web siote is not worth the effort to even look at it. Why don't you show your products and prices like youshould, just like all the other hardware and supply stores

Notably good service experience The white haired gentleman at the front counter was extremely friendly helpful and courteous !! would recommend this store to anyone in such a small town!
