I find them to be the best examples I know of Grace under Pressure; courtesy under fire, and unfailing friendliness at all times. Bryan cares about his customers -whether they be vendors such as myself - or clients seeking every kind of tool or gift item; lumber or project supplies for any do it yourselfer . I used to shop at Sutherlands for every project. They have always had everything I needed, from start to finish. Since the flood it seems as though they have had little inventory to choose from. They do have everything a contractor will need to get the job done but the little extras are missing, unless you want a nice, expensive wind chime. I do like seeing the ice cream box when you walk in on these ever-so-hot days, it instantly cools you down!
