Store in Bay City could use some updating inside and out. Especially the outdoor gardening area. Sometimes some of the higher ups have attitude and could use some classes in people's skills. Alot of times I will go there first and they don't have what I need so I have to go elsewhere. Get more up to date stock and get better lumber. Overall it's a good place to have in Bay City but you'll never improve if nobody ever gives you an honest review.

I am SO disappointed right now. I just called the Joplin store, while still open, and not only did the person who answered sound very snooty, only said "hello" in a lasidazical fashion,but they hung up on me as I was asking a question! My family has been shopping at Sutherland's for over 30 years.... should that change? I've never had that kind pitiful service ever...
