Try elsewhere, unfortunately. They literally had nothing I needed. Even things are are clearly advertised in their flyer. I went 0/5 on my shipping list.
RecommendedI went to Sutherland's today to look at doors for our basement remodel. Not only do they carry the 5 panel doors that I love in stock, but they are a great price as well. The door guy, Paul, took excellent care of us! He used the framing measurements that I took and got me all the doors and knobs I needed. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Thank you Paul! I am so excited for my new doors.

Bad customer service Worst service ever, staff needs to be trained in the product as well as customer service. Threw checkout process is very confusing. Threw cashier Nicole was very rude and didn't care that a gentleman was waiting only said why did he move then. Not very professional.
