This review is for Joshua Thorpe, the new service manager at Volkswagen Sutherland. After waiting a year for warranty parts and calling back every other month, Joshua has now solved this issue for me in the first chat about the issue - he understood what was wrong, what was required to fix the issues and then actioned each, with a new booking in place for the part updates. I am grateful Joshua has arrived.
