Very peaceful nice place to live. It was the first thing I noticed when I moved in and it still impresses me. I grew up in Mount Joy and even I was impressed by how tranquil and quiet the whole area is. The units are very new so they should be excellent and mine is. Snow removal is great, they even salt the lots before snow storms. To the other reviewer complaining about the renewal - it's clearly stated in the lease contract that it renews 3 months from the end. They also send a letter reminding you of this. If you have other choices, please don't live here. This is the worst and most greedy landlord I've ever seen. I received an offer from a new employer out of state at the 11th month. Even though I give them the notice one month before the first lease expires, they said the lease was automatically renewed 2 months ago, and they wanted me to pay 3-month rent as a penalty. I tried to negotiate it down to 2-month rent. They wouldn't accept it and threatened they will ask collection company to come after me if I don't pay it. Also... read more
