Buyers be aware! Refer to the reviews on the yelps too. This is a bad dentist and practice. All you have is people training in you. He spent 2 months to input a permanent bridge that fell off the same day. Putted the second bridge and broke my tooth on the side of the bridge. Putted a crown that wasn't disclosed. Sitted my husband a senior citizen for 5 hours, while more than 4 people tried unsuccessfully get the impressions for his permanents; they had to call someone else that introduced her self as Dr.'s ex wife, and she ... read more
This dentist should never have license! I paid over $4000 for 3 unit bridge which lasted 2 years and destroy my teeth, so now I need implants! He refused to replcace or return money!! Never use him ir his office!!!!
Karen the financial person there blu my phone up about getting financed to get a pretty smile they x-rayed I got the loan . A few weeks after my work was done my tooth came out and it was not supposed to do that that was one of the reasons I went to I thought was a professional dentist. I have been in that office 4 to 5 times them gluing my teeth now it's really bad they will not even answer my calls or call me back they owe me atlease fixing my tooth I'm in the same boat I was in when I reached out to them. Dr. Sutherland charged us $6100 dollars to replace ONE TOOTH (an implant) that ended up falling out about 6 weeks later. He said he would refund our money for the botched work. We have to speak with Pearl (office manager?) to accomplish the refund and she won’t return our calls. For weeks we have called and left messages (because we are always told that she “isn’t available” and that she’ll call us right back). She hasn’t. SHE WON’T EVEN TALK TO US!!!
