Rude receptionist, juts ask for someone and hung up on me.
Rude rep on the phone complained to me that our call was going after hours even though I sat on hold waiting for 20 minutes.
They sent me an unsolicited email stating they were contracted by an insurance company to conduct a survey of my medical practice. I phoned the insurance company who said that was not true. Looks like the email was a scam.
Very clean and welcoming
