Bought a 2022 Ford Expediton Max Platinum. Pre-qualified over the phone, negotiated the trade-in and out the door price. Drove from Louisville and by the time I got there the vehicle was washed, gassed up and ready for the test drive. The looked at my trade while i was test driving and we got back and within 18 minutes we were heading home. Fastest and easiest transaction I’ve ever had. Worked with Matt and Aaron.
Buyer beware, especially if you are driving from out of town. Online photos nor multiple discussions over a weeks time did not show or disclose significant wear and tear on the vehicle. We learned this the hard way after driving 3.5 hours from TN. Side note, as a woman, I felt disrespected. Bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado with 69k miles. The buying experience was top notch! Very friendly and accommodating. Took the truck in for an oil change and was advised of an oil leak and and engine noise by my local GM dealer. Contacted Southerland and they fixed the oil leak but the engine noise was addressed with a pully and belt. They did no diagnostic testing at all to assure the issue. I would give 0 stars if I could. I dropped my 2016 Suburban off because it needed a new transmission. He said it would be a few days. Four days later my wife called and he said he would personally look at it the next day. Three days later, it had not been looked at. My wife called again and they said they had no idea when they would look at it.
