I was really excited to test out this place as I've heard wonderful things from my colleagues, however as a first time client, my experience was a joke. I called to arrange for an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday (I was not advised of any cancellation fees at this point). Come Monday, I had an emergency and had to leave work early.
