The most horrible place.. I never saw Dr.Sutera.All I ever did was come into the office and the younge man behind the counter was the worst person I ever come in contact with in a doctor's office.. First of all , it took him like 18-20 minutes to even open the window to even acknowledge that I was standing there.. The only reason I stayed waiting was cause someone there waiting said oh he's in there., then he said , i was on the phone, what do you want.. Best dr I’ve ever had. Cares about his patients and he takes the time to explain what he wants to do and what he expects from you.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PAIN MANAGEMENT!!! I went there for my pain management and could not get my prescription filled. And the bad part of it is that the doctor knew this when I made my appointment. I do not know why they are taking on new patients when no one will fill the pain medication prescription. I called 6 to 7 pharmacies in this area, and no one would fill the prescription. When I called the doctor's office to tell them I couldn't get my prescription filled, to see if they could help me with any ideals and they said, th... read more
