I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Suterbrook Dental and Solar Ortho. Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating to a busy schedule. I recently had some Invisalign treatment finish up along with some chip repair and I’m extremely happy with the outcome and how professional everyone was. I was made aware of all the financial implications and only had one minor mix up with insurances but it was resolved right away. I’ve never been more comfortable with a dental outfit before, they are amazing here.
Very bad experience. Had appointment there for my son back in August, the staff contacted me because they didn't update the insurance information. I sent the new info right away, back in August. Now we are into February, I received email with the bill and threat to proceed with further actions if not paid, the invoice stated the balance 0. The staff said they didn't have right insurance info, I forwarded email from August with the insurance info I sent. It has taken me a long time to write and publish this review because I don't like leaving negative reviews and I hope my experience is just a one-off. I went to Suter Brook for a filling after having an amazing experience with Dr. Andrea Dernisky at Solar Orthodontics. My experience at Suter Brook was excruciatingly painful and led me to cancel my next appointment. I have never felt anxious at the dentist before.
