I have been going to Suter Brook Dental Group since moving to Port Moody 1.5 years ago, and have been very happy with their service. Their reception staff, hygienists, and dentists are all lovely and considerate. Glad to have such a caring team of professionals so close by.
Horrible experience, the staff is rude and unqualified. They failed to update the insurance information I sent to them and provided at the time of appointment, they contacted me for the balance, I forwarded all the communication I sent previously, they apologized for failing to update insurance information and a year later sent me to collection. The quality of the service is quite low as well comparing to other dentists.
Havent been to a dentist for 8 years and im glad i picked this one. GOATED staff
