I've used Suter Air with Cecil and prepaid for services for over 10 years until he retired. Cecil was excellent but he sold and retired. Upon retirement, the new company never contacted me - I still had prepaid services but due to Covid was not able to get down the first year. This year I got a call and was planning to go down. They will not honor the prepayment. New company is not very professional.
