We hired Sutcliff homes and Sutcliff Kitchens to renovate our kitchen, mudroom and laundry room. We are extremely happy with the finished rooms, and found the entire process went smoothly and very professional! Zac and his team were very courteous and did more than we expected, and the quality of work was top notch! They have just completed some warranty work that we didn’t even realized needed done. I highly recommend this company if you are considering a major renovation project!
Sarah is incredible! She was so thorough with the tour of the unit and ensured that all of our questions were answered. Her dedication and clear communication immediately put us at ease and we were grateful for updates throughout the entire rental application process. Sarah went above and beyond for us and continues to be a great support throughout the process. Her kindness and willingness to help sealed the deal for us and made us fall in love with the house even more!
Terrible driver
We used Sutcliffe Homes to renovate the main staircase in our home and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result! Lynsey, Zac & team we're easy to work with, coordinated everything seamlessly and were able to achieve exactly what we wanted. The photos speak for themselves. We're so appreciative for the amazing work and would recommend to anyone looking for home renovations.
Good day all. We first used Sutcliffe in 2019 when we did a complete kitchen/dining area renovation. This fall, 2024, we recently had Sutcliffe come to do some minor drywall repairs to our 3 bedrooms and a complete paint refresh of 3 bedrooms a bathroom and hallway.
