Will not return, not very helpful. Limited selection. The flowers that they did have were quality and lasted well after I took care of cutting and rearranging.

I received the upmost, top tier customer services from Susy’s. On Saturday, I was on my way to TX from LA to pick up a custom bouquet of roses I purchased for a friend of mine and my arrival time was past operating hours. Instead of denying my order, the staff remained open for an additional 10+ minutes to assure I received my arrangement. We ordered a casket arrangement for my mom and the price was in the range we were looking for and the arrangement looked really good. The person who helped us was really helpful and even sent us pictures to choose from. Would definitely recommend again. Thank you so much for the arrangement.

if i could put 0 stars i would!! horrible customer service, rude af! dont even say hi when you walk in. their prices are hilarious, small plushie is $45!! small bouquet sprayed w glitter $85. and their hours are not even accurate! habren cuando les da la gana!
