We have a leaking roof after Sustainable Roofing & Solar installed our roof. It was very poorly installed. It has been inspected by a professional engineer and a master inspector. Both verified that it was installed poorly. They have done nothing to make it right. Do not work with Tatiana Trevino, Daniel Trevino, or Marcus Mccreary. They don't care about you. If this company has installed your roof you should have it inspected by a third party inspector. Can not recommend this company.

The team from Sustainable Roofing & Solar did an excellent job installing our new roof. Alesia helped us get started, making sure our insurance documents were all in order. They kept us updated throughout, and Tatiana, Scott, and the rest of the crew made sure each step was done correctly. They also did a great job removing all the debris, especially stray nails. We attempted to use this company to install skylights and they were completely uncommunicative, unprofessional and have not refunded us the money we are owed. On 6 different occasions they failed to show up on the day they scheduled to come out for installation. Each time, we never heard from them about rescheduling, but instead had to repeatedly call and text asking when they were going to reschedule. Our experience with this roofing company was excellent. We filed a hail damage claim, and Tony came over to handle the process, making everything simple for us. He took care of coordinating with insurance, so we barely had to do anything. Once the roof was finished, they were available to address any follow-up questions and even upgraded us to a higher-quality shingle when insurance only approved a 30-year option.
