Over the year I was renting one of Sean’s property. Aside from it being a beautiful home, Sean has been wonderful landlord. He is open to request on bettering the home to suit your needs and he always gets issues resolved as soon as you let him know. He is extremely friendly and always there to help you have the best stay possible! I couldn’t recommend Sustainable Property Management and Sean as a landlord more.

Sean has been managing our property for the last year and he has been amazing to work with. He is always available to answer any questions we might have, day or night. He always finds the right tenants and get us the fair rates. We recommend Sean as an honest and pleasant professional to manage a property if you need the service!

Renting with these guys has been an absolute breeze. They've always been extremely responsive and accommodating, which seems like rare trait in landlords these days. Always friendly and an absolute pleasure to correspond with. 10/10 recommend!!!

Sean is the best landlord we’ve ever had! So kind, responsive, and quick to resolve any issue (though there were few). He is trustworthy, super easy to communicate with, and we always enjoyed seeing him on the occasion he was around. We always feel cared for and appreciated as tenants and we’re very thankful for him :)

Have stayed in the Eco Studio numerous occasions, since 2015. Unit’s amenities are more than adequate for you to have a pleasant stay. Studio is centrally located. Safe neighborhood. Just minutes to downtown, zoo, park, etc. Landlords are very attentive to your needs.
