We trust Sustainable Meats to handle our beef for processing - they treat our animals humanely, are USDA certified, and, and our customers, are pleased with the high quality finished product and packaging. We highly recommend.
I have used most all butchers in the valley. I have and will continue to use Sustainable as their performance is very consistent. I have no complaints. I don't want everyone to know how good they are because I want them to be available when I need a butcher.
