I signed a contract in 7/22 with Elan Technologies for a solar pergola for $27,864. The contract was subsequently lawfully acquired and assumed by Sustainable Improvements. One word. Don’t. Ruined my family’s house remodel. Didn’t do the work paid and what little of it was done, was definitely subpar.
