Unresponsive. Doesn't show up on time or get back to you. Im pretty sure he installed a furnace that is not the proper amount for my house, but ill never know from him if that's correct as he never called me back to make an appointment to recheck. Good cheap prices, but it comes with poor service. Clearly others have had this issue. The only reason i went with him is because he's some relation to me, but i don't care anymore.
Sustainable Heating and Cooling is a great company. Our furnace went out the week of Christmas. Chris came and fixed the issue temporarily and we both knew a new furnace was needed. Chris and Doug were here on time at 8AM Saturday. Efficient, respectful and complete in 3 hours. I definitely recommend Sustainable. Thank You Chris!
Not even "1" star! Chris is unscrupulous and dishonest. He installed incompatible systems into my home which never cooled the home for 2 straight summers. He came out and gave some false hypothesis regarding the possible problems when he actually knew all along that the problem needed to be corrected by reinstalling the right component, which I am assuming he was avoiding due to the cost he would have to incur to make it right. They do good work, but are horribly unresponsive when there's an issue. After months of calling, e-mailing and texting, by myself and the contractor who built my house, going to another HVAC company.
Never shows when he says he will be there. Are system is failing he told my wife and I several times I'll be there never showed over a months time we finally gave up on him.
