Pretty disappointed. Not with my hair, it’s fine - although it’s not quite what I wanted. I’m disappointed with the lacklustre service from someone who clearly didn’t want to be there, and I’m really just shocked at the $$$PRICE$$$. Such a beautiful and positive experience I had at this salon. Tash gave me a toner and styling. She had excellent customer service and ensured I was happy every step of the way. Definitely would come back to her!
I went there for the first time to get my roots done. Unfortunately, I wasn’t quite sure about the color and could still see some greys. However, they called me over and Natasha completely sorted it out and did an amazing job! I initially thought I wouldn’t be coming back, but the second experience with Natasha totally changed my mind.
