My gas hot water system broke down overnight on Sunday and I called Alex first thing on Monday morning. He quickly worked out a quote for me and was able to book in a job for me. Said his team would arrive between 1030AM to 1230PM and they were on the dot at 1030AM. Two of their plumbers, Ryan and Adam were polite and efficient - they finished installing a new hot water system in just under 2 hours. When my building manager called to let me know that water was leaking on the ceiling in the apartment downstairs I immediately went into a panic. Being a Sunday it was impossible to find a plumber who would come out and if so, only at a great expense. Working my way down the search page, I came upon Sustain Plumbing. Alex was amazing. We called Sustain plumbing to come out and replace our faulty hot water unit. Great workmanship shown by Alex who is not only a true professional but a quality tradesman. Amazing service, great pricing would highly recommend for all plumbing issues.
