The quality of care, knowledge, understanding and dedication of Dr Scott Ling is a unique gift which should be available to all who seek acupuncture and Chinese Medicine as a way to move forward in their pursuit of wellness. I have been seeing Dr Ling for almost 2 years and he has been treating my eye for chronic diabetic retinopathy and instances of vitreous hemorrhage.
