I searched for my wedding dress for seven months and i probably went to every wedding store i could find and did not find anything. My friend find outthat i am looking for a dress and refered me to Gayana at Sussy' Bridal because she had an excelent experiance purchasing a dress for her wedding. I went there and i was really happy because Gayana and her staff were really helpful, nice and friendly. I am extremly happy with their service , dress and the price i paid.
Amazing shop and staff! – I just want to tell you I think this shop and staff are amazing. I purchased my MOB dress here . I found dress in the MARY'S Bridal catalog. The dress was not available for trying on but Gayana had me try on different dresses so that I could get an idea of how the dress I wanted would look and fit.When I came in for my fitting I could not believe how perfectly the dress fit, the style and color were very flattering. My Experience at Sussy's – I went to Sussy's Bridal Shop based on recommendations of a friend who bought dresses there in 2009 who spoke very positive of the service and variety of selections that the store has. I took my friends advice and went to Sussy's. My friend and I were pleasantly greeted by the store staff and were offered assistance at the store not being there 5 minutes. Worst experience ever!!!! Don't go here RUN AWAY!! – I wish I would have listened to thease reviews! I ordered my Wedding dress from Sussy's and I worked with Martha. I had a great experience with dealing with my wedding dress..... but as for the bridesmaids dresses we had a bunch of problems! NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! – If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst bridal store out there and I don't know how they stay in business. There is NOTHING good to say about them other then that they provide terrible service, all their dresses are cheap and overpriced, they lie to you and steal your product. Worst Bridal Store – I had the worst experience in this store. they are sooo late with the dresses schedule and has extremely poor customer service beyond imagination. they overly charges their customers and made so many promises but not even one was delivered. workers and manager alike are both illiterate and the most inconsiderate people I've ever encountered. I will totally NOT recommend this store unless you're up for going through HELL.
