Amazing service.. Dr Sussman is incredible, she is always looking for the best possible treatment without spending a fortune , her hygienists are top of the line, they care for the patients, my kids are not afraid of cleaning because they know Jenny would always do the best for their teeth while they are treated respectfully and with love ❤️
I never leave reviews but this place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their patients. They choose when they want to honor a grace period and do not have fair policies in place. My appointment was at 4:30 and I called at 4:14 stating that I had been on my way for over an hour and that I would be 10 mins late due to heavy traffic traveling from the South Bronx. When I arrived at 4:38 the receptionist stated that the hygienist had already left. There was no empathy over the fact that my appointment was actually the d... read more
Doctor Sussman and her staff are incredible (shout out to Yvonne and Carol). Doctor Sussman is the a veritable pro. I’m never in pain, she explains what she’s doing and she cares about her patients - and taking all necessary steps to save a tooth first. I highly recommend.
