I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received at Sussman Foot & Ankle. Dr. Joe is incredibly kind and takes the time to clearly explain everything that’s going on, which really puts me at ease. I look forward to my appointments! The support staff is also friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
Consistently horrible billing process. The office made me feel like someone who doesn't pay my bills. I picked up my orthotics and the office woman told me I needed to pay $300 on the spot or I would have to leave without the orthotics. I was not told or was prepared to pay the $300 that day but she didn't care. I have had a credit score of over 800 for 40 years. Terrible way to treat a patient. Ironically enough, I just received a bill for this $300 WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID!!!

Wonderful experience with this office. Great appointment availability and flexibility. Simple and to the point registration. Dr. Grossman was swift and to the point. No nonsense. After a lifetime of pain, my ingrown was gone in minutes.
