Courteous and helpful
I don't hate this dealer.
Sussman refused to repair a broken auto folding driver side mirror mechanism on a newly acquired Certified Pre Owned vehicle. A safety concern to my self and others because the mirror would not stay in its open position; because of a paint scratch on the mirror cap with no other damage. General Manager, Chuck Matthews, refuses to respond to my email to amend this terrible customer experience. Take your buying, maintenance, and repairing business elsewhere, ANY WHERE ELSE!
