I had an emergency situation and was able to get an appointment on the same day. The wait was long as there were 13 patient ruts scheduled for the same time (receptionist advised this). I saw DrcBuri, he was very thorough in testing as well as asking the pertinent questions. Knowledgeable and he has a very calm demeanor. Very satisfied with Dr Burdi and I will refer him to others.
This office has zero respect for their patients. We waited AN HOUR and 25 MINUTES to see the doctor for a six minute visit, while listening to the reception team be so rude and condescending to their elderly patients in the waiting area. This office used to be good, not sure what happened, but we definitely will not be coming back.
Very professional business. Awesome staff. Clean and Bright waiting area. Would highly recommend for all your eyeball needs….lol….eyesight needs.
I was very happy with my experience. The woman at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in. There were a lot of people there, but the weight was not very long. I felt as though my exam was quite thorough. I decided to go ahead with cataract surgery And all the appointments were set and I understood my responsibilities clearly. I’m looking forward to being able to see you again! Thank you everyone!
The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Almalla was nice, took his time, was easy to talk to and he listened to my concerns. I made the right choice in choosing Sight MD. I didn’t give them 5 stars due to the wait time.
