I got there 20 minutes early and was taken back before my appointment time. Today all went super fast and was out and on my way home within 30 minutes! I really like and trust Dr. Felicia. The first time I saw her, she spotted a hole in my retina and thankfully a specialist fixed me up. I am grateful.

So the staff I can’t say enough good things about. Courtesy, efficient and friendly but I feel they were a bit understaffed for the amount of people checking in checking out answering the phone along with people interrupting them. I was not expecting to be in there for two hours. The fact that the appointments are only spaced 10 minutes apart seems unreasonable with just one Dr. The conversations in the waiting room often was based on the time people were there. This office has zero respect for their patients. We waited AN HOUR and 25 MINUTES to see the doctor for a six minute visit, while listening to the reception team be so rude and condescending to their elderly patients in the waiting area. This office used to be good, not sure what happened, but we definitely will not be coming back.

My exam was very thorough, staff was all very kind and considerate. The equipment was very impressive and up-to-date. It was all around a great experience.

Very professional business. Awesome staff. Clean and Bright waiting area. Would highly recommend for all your eyeball needs….lol….eyesight needs.
