I was very happy with my experience. The woman at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in. There were a lot of people there, but the weight was not very long. I felt as though my exam was quite thorough. I decided to go ahead with cataract surgery And all the appointments were set and I understood my responsibilities clearly. I’m looking forward to being able to see you again! Thank you everyone!
My experience with Dr. Birdi and the staff at SightMD can be categorized as outstanding. As a patient recently undergoing cataract surgery I will attest to now being able to see clearly once again! The meticulous care I received in all aspects of the process of cataract removal was key in helping me feel comfortable and at ease. I can highly recommend SightMD Barnegat and Toms River.
What a wonderful experience! Mary, front desk was so helpful and compassionate! Alexis was informative and explained eye exam process so well. Dr. Birdi is attentive and compassionate. I felt well cared for! I normally have a hard time with eye exams, SightMD staff made everything so much better! Thank You!
I walked into the Barnegat office for my appointment and spoke with Mary P. who was extremely kind,knowledgable and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond to help me and it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend the Barnegat office to all my family and friends.The other technicians, Tiffany & Alexis were asking if I needed help as soon as I walked in and were very pleasant as well.I had a great experience over all.
The inconsistency of service is something here. I went in for my first appointment and had a great experience. I then set up an appointment for my husband for last night. He walked in as a first-time client and was treated horribly by the older woman manning the front desk. She scolded him for not updating his information before he came in despite the fact that my never early husband showed up early and arrived at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment and had enough time to fill out said paperwork.
