The owners of Sussex do not understand that SECURITY IS EVERYTHING! How is it that all of your buildings are accessible to the PUBLIC? Meaning that anyone and everyone from off the street can walk right in and perform a criminal act due to no locks being on the front doors! All other apartment complexes around here have that at the very least! No one wants to live here with the possibility that someone can just walk in and be up to no good. That's the first red flag. I visited a friend that lives here and I found the place to be very clean and well maintained.
They don’t answer the phone, so don’t waste your time trying to move in seeing it says they have availability.
My husband and I have been working with Carrie for over a year now. We started at another property that Carrie managed in which she was very attentive to with us. She’s very polite and kind. She seems to possess the gift of problem solving. You’ll forget that’ she’s management and think she’s more of a friend when you have conversations with her Lol. Carrie = 10/10. I love my new unit and I couldn’t have gotten a more helpful and easy process with the move in. The building is very clean and everything is very well kept.
