I had an apartment here for 2 years and just ended my lease this year. I had a fantastic experience here. Both the previous manager Carrie and the new manager Lakeisha were both awesome. Both were easy to get a hold of and communicate with. I could always set up a meeting if I needed something. The apartment was affordable compared to others in the area. Terrible management. Siding and awnings ripped off the building for years. Looks like the slums. They Jack your rent up three times in 3 years. Out of water multiple times. 3 days without hot water. Out of water memorial Day.. a sink hole in the driveway. No response from management. No answer. 6:00 p.m. memorial Day still not a word from management on the water problems. Not even a crew working on it. I'm sure they're all home with running water and a functioning bathroom. Unbelievable!.
They look like nice apartments, but they never answer the phone or respond to emails.
