I could not have had a better experience! Excellent communication start to finish, superior work, very reasonable pricing and a level of professionalism that I thought was gone from the trade industry. I could barely get a call back from multiple other plumbers, much less get them out to my house. Tony told me what day and time he would arrive, showed up on time, was efficient, friendly, helpful and proved that excellent customer service still exists! Highly recommend!

We replaced our water heater with a tankless. Sussex Plumbing was professional, personable and did a great job including cleanup. We will have them back for any need we may have in the future.
