That old lady with gray hair who works there is not friendly at all. She withdrew my quote and started a new one — I don’t know why. When I noticed it was different from the quote the online agent gave me, I told her I would call the agent again. When I called, he confirmed that she had withdrawn the original quote, so my price went up by around $145. Also, sometimes she is friendly, and other times it feels like she doesn’t want to do her job. DO NOT DEAL WITH HER!!!!!

Called Feb 24 at 11am and spoke to a very rude and condescending male. This individual requires customer service training. There is a gentleman that was helping me last week in the evenings, fantastic. The rude attendant should take some lessons from his colleagues or just frankly get a job where you don’t speak with people because you’re terrible at it. I appreciate the other gentleman’s assistance, keep it up
