What a bad experience at this location. We were there at 7:20 p.m. for a transfer. The first lady told us that this would be a “whole transaction.” I asked what she meant by that, because a regular transfer usually takes only 15–20 minutes. Then she asked if the registration was an old one. I said, “Okay, you can reprint a new one. I can provide my licence.” She said no and that she was not going to reprint it. As far as I know, ICBC does not charge for a registration reprint, and it takes less than two minutes. I also a... read more
