Has over 30 years of insurance experience, super professional, helpful and knowledgable with insurance products doesn’t try to upsell you on things that you don’t need and explains things thoroughly even if it’s 8 o’clock at night he really takes the time. This is the location to use in the Tri-Cities if you want a positive experience save yourself time don’t go to the Walmart location.
