A lady named Anna helped yesterday. I had an icbc insurance forfeit I was not aware of, resulting in a large unexpected bill. I was Frustrated and confused as to why icbc wouldn’t let me reinstate the payments to another account. She was very kind calm and helpful. She tried everything she could to try and resolve the issue for me. Even though it may not have ended in the result I wanted. I want to acknowledge her professionalism, kindness, and good advice. Called them to get a quote for Replacement. The person who picked up the phone seemed not very interested. He asked me for my VIN number. I said that I can provide my DL number and date of birth so he can access my ICBC. It’s way easier to copy and paste all the info from there tbh. He said “no, that’s not how it works”. Got replacement from somewhere else. Easy 😁
