Terrible service. I came in to submit my custom plate application and was told they “don’t take those” and that I had to mail it myself. Later, ICBC confirmed that any broker can take the application. So this place either doesn’t know what they’re doing or just couldn’t be bothered. Completely lazy and unhelpful. When I came back to pick up the plate, the sign said “Back in 10 minutes,” but the office was locked and we waited almost an hour with no staff showing up at all.
