I renewed my insurance last week. I was not told at the time the payment would not come out on my normal preferred date. After noticing the charge on my account this morning I went and spoke with Patti, the manager. She was the one that renewed my insurance. She deflected the complaint and said it is the customers responsibility to know, had a poor attitude and then threatened to leave a 1 star review for the business I manage.
