Emails constantly ignored by property management team, constant "revonation" with little to no consideration for tenants (just notices after notices) - constant loud sounds, inactive elevators, hot water turned off few times during the year, etc etc ...all for "maintenance" issues. I'm putting the 2nd star only for some good memories in the building - most of which were due to great neighbors who have moved on to better places since Homestead is systematically ruining this once beautiful apartments. We lived 5 years here and since 2025 the place has taken a nosedive and accelerating towards the bottom. The standard of this former "luxury" apartment building is really going downhill. It'd appear Homestead is not what they used to be. Maintenance is substandard. They are no longer cleaning the outside windows nor the garage floors. And yet they are charging premium prices for rent. So they must be run by a bunch of bean counters.
