I'm putting the 2nd star only for some good memories in the building - most of which were due to great neighbors who have moved on to better places since Homestead is systematically ruining this once beautiful apartments. We lived 5 years here and since 2025 the place has taken a nosedive and accelerating towards the bottom. The standard of this former "luxury" apartment building is really going downhill. It'd appear Homestead is not what they used to be. Maintenance is substandard. They are no longer cleaning the outside windows nor the garage floors. And yet they are charging premium prices for rent. So they must be run by a bunch of bean counters. UPDATE 2020: Noticable decrease in maintenance requests and the night club across the street has closed door (temporarily). Staff is always great and ready to help. The amenities of this building are closed like the Gym for Covid19. Roof top patio limited from 4pm to 9pm with a sign up sheet to use the BBQ. Only 10 people at a time allowed.
