One of the front-end receptionists is rude. It is common in customer service to say one's name when answering the phone. She doesn't, and when I ask out comes attitude. Especially in a medical/dental facility, it is important to know who one is talking to in order to reference the call. "Who did you speak to at the office? I don't know". The service from the Dr was poor, a bad dental lab product. It's not worth passing the front desk to get it resolved.
First time patient here, everyone at this establishment was nothing short then phenomenal! Dr. Waller was efficient, patient, and knowledgeable which is very hard to come by in a doctor. My diagnosis is one that not many favor and I was recommended to get a root canal done. Even with this tough news, everyone was very considerate of my emotions and made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know; even providing me with resources and options to get my root canal done as soon as possible.
