Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!
One of the front-end receptionists is rude. It is common in customer service to say one's name when answering the phone. She doesn't, and when I ask out comes attitude. Especially in a medical/dental facility, it is important to know who one is talking to in order to reference the call. "Who did you speak to at the office? I don't know". The service from the Dr was poor, a bad dental lab product. It's not worth passing the front desk to get it resolved.
