Dr. Ponzio is the Best Person and Best Physician I know. And I am not a big fan of Physicians; I am not a very good patient nor client as I do not visit regularly and sometimes there is more than a year between visits, BUT Dr. Ponzio always makes time for me and Truly Listens to me. She really does help because she really does Care. Thank you!
I just tried to schedule for my 85 year old mother in need of assistance in getting certified in medical marijuana since moving from NY to PA. She needs this certification for severe pain management and was told Dr Ponzio is not taking any more patients. “Especially for that”. Treating my mom’s pain is not just a “that”. Dr Ponzio is not just my primary physician. She is also a friend. She was the most kind Dr. to my husband, took her time listening to her patient and he was not an easy patient but he felt so comfortable. He and I was able to talk to her about everything and anything. I have the most respect for Dr Ponzio and I’m very lucky to have her as my primary physician.
Dr. Ponzio listens, asks questions, get to know you. That’s important to me. She’s easy to talk to. Her staff is great.
Dr Vergara is a great Doctor, but the wait time is crazy long! 2PM appointment and still sitting in the waiting room and it’s now 3PM. There is an older woman that has been waiting over an hour and a half. I guess next time I just come an hour or more late and see what happens!!! This review above was 3 plus years ago. It might have been a bad day for both parties. Since then the wait times have been getting shorter and shorter. The last few times only waited for about 5 to 10 minutes.
