Terrible service . Shady dealership so watch out or do not buy here. Bought a 2003 subaru Forester in 2024 170k on it . 1500 down . 3995 sticker price . Had issues . They swapped me to exact same car different color . Rips n tares , mirror broken.oh mind u between the two vehicles I never had a plate for over a year .. . They kept giving me temporary every month . Sketchy . We got a car from sussex auto last Tuesday, it developed a problem with the brakes, the day I contacted them, they promptly sent us to their repair shop, sussex county auto repair, they quickly fixed the issue to our satisfaction, they're courteous and fast service was greatly appreciated, I would recommend them both for sales and services
Sold me a truck with a bad rusted frame, which wasn’t mentioned to me. They just painted over the rust and called it good. Also had bald rear tires. Stan does not reply and everything feels very rushed.
Stan is a very professional person along with Lisa!! I bought my first car from Stan in 2015 no problems. My mother bought one in 2017 and is still driving it!! In may 2025 I purchased a beautiful Acura ILX from Stan n Lisa and I am totally 💯 satisfied! I just drove 1300 miles to Louisiana without any problems! So thank you 🙏🏻 for your services and people really need to research what they are purchasing so they don’t come on here and bash totally professional businesses!!
