Completely rude and unprofessional crews
Sussex had proven that time after time if you don't matter to them they will not take care of you even if they owe you money a lot of mony
Very poor decision making at this company, first they try to hold the Helena West Side community hostage stating they will close access to walking trails in the area if the community does not support their development project. Quickly realized what a mistake that was and walked it back. They did not learn their lesson, next they go after the popular Le Grande Canyon walking trail to develop it into a road to access their new development. Very shady thing for a company to hold trails hostage, very much disliked your comment in the article stating that if the public makes it too expensive for you to complete your subdivision that you will close off all trails in that area that you can for further and future use.
closing trails unless we support your Westside Woods project is beyond comprehensible. What, are you a toddler? "Play nice or we will take your trails away"? C'mon, do better Sussex! So immature.
